CRANBROOK LOOM by Norwood Looms with a 3/4" Shaft Switching device This loom with the S/S device is a rare commodity and hard to come by today! Loom is 60" wide, 8 shafts and 10 locking treadles, overhead adjustable beater, removable weight on beater for rug weaving, string headles, Texsolv cords on S/S device plus I've added plastic tubing to the chains from the lamms to the treadles to reduce friction and noise when weaving. Spinning wheel handmade by Tom Siske in 1988 from cherry wood. 26" (approx.) diameter, 6 oz. bobbin capacity (I have spun as much as 9 oz. one bobbin). Spins beautifully, fine to worsted yarns. Includes six bobbins, no lazy kate. Very good cond. Comparable quality handspinning wheel would be $1,700 +. My price is $1,200 or would trade for a Norwood cherry 8 harness 10 or 12 treadle loom. Country Craftsman Spinning Wheel for sale. Excellent condition, seldom used, light walnut finish. Single treadle, double drive. Matching flax distaff, stool, lazy kate and orifice hook. Two two-step whorls. Second flyer with standard whorl (original flyer got broken last year but was neatly repaired and works well). Two slow bobbins, five standard ones, all 2 oz.
